An interview is an activity performed by two or more person, it may be formal or non-formal. The basic role of interview can divided into two terms, which is an interviewer, the one who asked question in the whole process of interview, and the interviewee, the one who answered all the questions from the interviewer.
Usually, the function of interview is to know how far
someone’s ability or to know his background. The interview process can occur
when you want to apply for a job, nominate yourself to a higher position in any
organizations, or want to know about what interesting things have happened to
interviewee.

Everyone who will undergo the interview process must face some difficulties, whether it is a cold sweat, sudden nausea, sudden loss of memory, or sudden dizziness. All these negative things inevitably hamper the interview process. These whole negative things would be very unfortunate, isn’t it? Especially if you have prepared everything from long time ago.
However, we still can handle this situation. Try to follow these
rules:
- Write down the location, time and name of interviewers
- Always arrive 20 minutes early
- Practice interviews
- Smile and try to relax as soon as possible
- Maintain eye contact throughout the process
- Don’t interrupt or argue with the interviewer
- Try to avoid any irritating behavior, such as playing with a pen, tapping on the desk, or squeezing hands too often
The important thing is, don’t overthink about the results, especially in the negative way. Just believe in yourself because you have done your best.
